This was an essential part in my project of hacking my n73 main camera and making it to IR-cam. Thanks.
For those who are interested and have the know-how: to open the main cam u have to break the soldering between the cushioned cover with flat'u'cable and cam but no worries, it'll work anyway. The ir-filter is under the COVER (the shiny rainbow colored piece of glass). When removing it don't push the center because of risk damaging the sensitive piece under the filter! I managed to leave some marks from the filterglass on it and have now some 'dirt' on the screen. Instead scrape it cautionally away starting from the sides. Be careful for not to damage the tiny plastic frame around it too much either. After removing the filter and cleaning the cam up from the glass dust you can start to put phone back together. Extra thanks goes for hak5 and jaa for doing this to his SE t610.
