David Mannl, a Flash-lite developer, reports that Flash files like YouTube movies will be playable on the upcoming Nokia N95′s web browser. So far none of Nokia’s current phones are capable of running Flash on the browser. This is possible thanks to the Flash-Lite 2.0 that will be included in the new S60 3rd Version Feature Pack 1. This feature will make a lot of people happy. If this holds true, I can see myself spending a lot of time with the Nokia N95 during my boring lectures and during long trips. It also makes this already best-of-what’s-new phone more desirable.
