Nokia Ads Win Gaming Awards 2006
Maximum PC appreciates the in-game ads by Nokia included in Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter. The game was awarded with the “Least Offensive In-Game Ads” for the Gaming Awards 2006 which was published in the recent March 2007 issue of the magazine. Check out the scanned page.
Chasing the Storms with the Nokia N93
Nokia has given eight snowboarders the Nokia N93 to help them chase the perfect powder day – the type of day that happens once a year that keeps you energized on your mission to chase the storm. They launched the website, The Storm Chasers, to document their tour. They posted some videos up already with their phones.
Change of Plans
Just added the About Me page to make this blog a little more personal. It is part of an effort to stay away from reblogging. In the upcoming weeks, I expect to write more original posts like my reviews and guides and more of my own videos created from my current phone, the Nokia N93. Even though I cannot be in Barcelona for the 3GSM World Congress, I can pretend to be there by combining all the Nokia-tagged videos uploaded on Youtube from the event. The list is automatically updated and keeps the most relevant results on top. This should be a lot easier than posting one entry for each video. Check it out.

Read what’s on the mind of Caiweii, a 17 year old Nokia promoter, Caiweii. I found her blog while looking for some blogworthy articles. Nokia E90 First Pictures By Engadget
Engadget posted the first public photos of the Nokia E90 communicator. It is not supposed to be announced and publicly seen until the 3GSM World Congress, but luckily one of their staff was able to sneak some pictures with his camera phone.
Nokia Announces smart2go (Nokia Maps)
Nokia announced this morning in a press release and a webcast the Smart2Go application which is also known as Nokia Maps for free download. It will be the pre-installed navigation software that will come with the most anticipated Nokia phone of the year, the Nokia N95, but can also be used by other Nokia S60 devices Nokia S60 3rd Ed. devices. It will also be available for a diversity of other operating systems such as Windows Mobile 5 and Linux, in the future.
Nokia N95 Video Review by All About Symbian
Rafe Blandford from All About Symbian gives a hands-on video review of the Nokia N95. He delivers almost ten minutes of detailed demos, opinions and screenshots. He says the Nokia N95 takes device convergence to a whole new level. However, Rafe mentions that it needs better battery life. Check it out.
