Nokia Beta Now Provides Device Status As .SIS File
Hooray for Mac and Nokia users! We can now try out Device Status from Nokia Beta Labs. It is a self-diagnosis tool that allows you to collect detailed information of S60 device. I did not want to install it before because it was only available in a .exe Windows file format, meaning I had to run Windows XP on my Mac. It is now available as a .sis file where we can simply bluetooth it over to our phone and install.

Tommi from S60 blogs mentions that the Device Status .sis package was provided by the team as a separate download for those users without Microsoft Windows based PCs and was
initially bundled with a PC application to make installation to device little bit easier.
I have a request for the team… please don’t ignore the Mac users again with your upcoming applications.
