You can usually find plenty of headbands to wear on a daily basis, but it’s a special kind of headband that is worn for parties. The party headband is highly decorative, fun, and usually a conversation starter. Party hosts can get a headband for themselves to wear or pick up a bunch of them to hand out as party favors, then the guests can take a little of the party home with them.

N82 is a great phone. most people complain about the batter life, but from what i have discovered the batter lasts for a solid two days of constant use before needing to be recharged. this phone is fast and reliable. The keys are small, but they are easy to get used to. overall the N82 is a great phone! the N95 but smaller and better looking. I like the fact it is candybar form, because to me sliders look cheap and feel cheap, and flip phones are overrated

The information given about Nokia N82 is more than satisfying. That's great when you are told about a product with its positive and negative features. Then it'll certainly find it's corresponding user. Thanks a lot!

I'm so disappointed with this phone. I'm in a contract with Orange, tried to swap it for a blackberry and was told I can't - so I'm stuck with it. I've gone back to my nokia 6233 and the n82 is gathering dust.

1. The battery life lasts half a day WITHOUT any features loaded - bloody frustrating when in the middle of a call.
2. Missed calls - the phone will show x missed calls but when I click on it, the list is empty
3. Last number redial - doesn't save numbers if its older than a few days
4. Can't save txt msgs older than 30 days - which I didn't find out about until it was too late

I have all the above features on my old phone why on earth would they be downgraded on the N82?

I really regret getting the N82. I wanted a phone with GPS for travelling. But if the battery lasts half a day, then its pretty pointless.

Hi,

I am facing some serious problems with my N82 Handset………

1. I have downloaded some video’s on my memory card few days back it has worked fine. But suddenly I found that phone has started hanging……Display fills up with lines & weird things but as I remove memory card it works quite fine.

2. Now I have found the Virus in memory card. the same one which creates folder within folder. I have tried scan it in office through MacAfee but it is unable to detect it……..also I tried to format the card but it is not allowing to me to format even if I have removed each n every file. Please let me now which antivirus will remove the this virus.

3.Also from last 2 days im facing problem that even if memory card is not inserted phones display gets disturbed ……..it shows all lines on screen…….this is only display problem as if I make a call in this situation it works fine………can u let me know what to do????????? Should I go to a nokia care for same or u know some one who can solve these problems…………

            Please Help me on same…………OK.

I bought N82 last week and noticed that this handset is not atall user friendly to left handed people like me. If a person who is left hander wants to use N82 while charging, then its very difficult to use since the charging point is given on the left side of the handset. Secondly, auto rotate screen does not moves towards the right side so that the keypad is on left side. Iam really unhappy with this. Planning to sell my N82. :((

if only the screen was bigger. Don't worry though, it seems the N85 will bring the benefits of the N82 to the form factor if the Nokia N95

Been a nokia phone owner for years and always like to upgrade to a top of the range model every year, currently using the N82 but apart from finding out that I cant change the snooze time, i also like to check my previous calls durations aa well as when i made the calls, but i can seem to do that with this phone. Any ideas??

@Dennis Yes I recommend upgrading to Nokia Maps 2.0. It did not harm any of the phones I upgraded.

Thanks everyone for the comments!

Just bought the N82 and it,s a rough ride with the Instruction Manuals, for example:-
Eject the memory card
1 press the power key
2 select remove memory card

Where the devil do I find this option?

Can anybody help

Great review Mark.

I just wrote up my own review based on my own experiences with the N82 that can be found on my blog http://madfortechnology.blogspot.com.

It is a great phone but does have some design problems that make you shake your head at Nokia (after all, they have so much experience with these things).

The screen comparison with the N95 is pretty dire. The extra brightness also seems to improve colour accuracy/vibrancy. I must grab an N95 and compare them myself.

Have you updated to the new firmware yet? It makes the phone even faster.
