I've been using my n82 for a couple months now. I use the phone heavily as an all in 1, battery life lasts about a day, 2-3 hours of listening to music, a dozen or more photos, web browsing, about 20-30 texts and 30-45 mins of phone calls.

The xenon flash doesn't deplete the battery too badly, and its effective range is 2-2.5m in my opinion. Usually I have no problem photographing a group of people 6-7ft away.

@ehm, the three spots you see on the screen maynot be dust particles, they could perhaps be dead pixels... :-( n82 has lot of complaints regarding this.

One way to check for dead/hot/warm (basically non-working) pixels is to zoom the camera and see if the spots remain on the screen...even after cleaning the lens with a soft cloth (like the ones which comes with sunglasses) if they remain then maybe you should get it checked out by the Nokia Service CEnter.

Maybe this site can help www.macenstein.com/default/iphone_pixel_test.html

@ehm I learned that spots are created by dust on the lens reflecting from the flash. If you zoom in, the spots look bigger.

Thanks Maritza for in the info where it made. It was so hard for me to decide which one to go between n95-4 and n82 but I settled into N82 black hopefully it will arrive by Monday. I can't wait I'm planning to use it for our vacation this summer to Philippines and of course here also using AT&t hope there will be no problem.

thanks
