Just had an another look on the site and it’s not good… According to the terms and conditions, there are only FIVE N96’s to be WON, the rest I assume go to donors to the Red Panda Appeal
No fair

Also the competition ends on the 1st August…

@Marks: You’ve gotta wait, that page is a little buggy and it takes a while to load. After a while the text box becomes selectable and you can enter your details. Same thing happened to me too. It’s mainly cos it’s loading the list of countries for you to select. After that;s loaded everything else works.

Wow!

That’s pretty sick. But I highly doubt even the most hardcore N96 fans would be willing to pay in excess of $1,000 for one..

I watched all the videos PAINSTAKINGLY SLOWLY on my POS computer, getting about 1 FPS, and that’s no exaggeration.

That took a LONG time. Then when it came to filling out the form for the competition entry, I could fill out everything EXCEPT for my Name and Email!

I could select the field but couldn’t type in it. WTF

I’m more pissed off than ever now :\

Erm, both on your shot of the site and on the site itself it says that donors/winners will get the N96 before it’s available in their country. Maybe you misread it? Or maybe it’s me? What time is it where you live? (It’s 2AM here.)

Anyway, I watched the videos and found them to be quite nice. It’s not exactly a new concept, but it’s well executed, IMO.

Not that I really believe in these competitions and I plan on buying an N96 anyway, but I wouldn’t mind getting one for free.
