It may be due to the number is being associated with more than one contact. Like if associate ‘Jim’ and ‘Jim Carry’ as two different entries in your contact list, however with the same phone number

Does the contact exist in your phone book? Also check if the numbers match.

Do you know if there is a way on Nokia maps to see the written leg by leg route you will be taking after having my e71 find a route to a location.
