The Nokia N97 gets unboxed by the Nokia New York City flagship store and tells its customers they will start selling the highly anticipated device on June 9th at 11AM for $699. A sales associate at the Chicago flagship store commented they “hope” to start selling it tomorrow as well. I’m not sure when the pre-orders will start shipping.

So if you live near the US flagship stores, should you spend $699 plus tax with instant gratification or buy the Nokia N97 online for $604 and wait a little longer?
