It was a total pain in the a**, over two hours on the phone with them. First they said that they couldn't cancel my preorder. After informed them that I would dispute the charges and They wouldn't get paid. They finally canceled my order. They wouldn't even give me a confirmation email on the cancellation. I would expect this from a fly by night operation not Nokia. What are you afraid of? Your product isn't good enough? He said for the pre orders, the phone is not available yet !!!!! and after speaking to the manager he said ' We don't have an answer for your question which is why it's been released on the store while the Pre orders is not shipped yet !!!<br><br>TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT, he said if you want you can write a letter and complain officially !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
