I dont think the N900 has caller name display – or can someone tell me how to access that function? Got so used to having that feature on my N95.

LOVE this phone. had e72 and than N96 and they were so so. my friend had the n97 and I liked what I saw and from what I read this phone is a step up so I got 2. one off of ebay and one off of gsmallover.com and so far it's been 3 weeks of bliss! Love the touch screen, camera, and the processor is nice. The Apps are easy to check out and I friggin LOVE the keyboard. Couldn't ask for a better phone in my opinion.

I have read a number of reviews of the N900 and am on the verge of buying. But I have a MacPro and wonder whether I can transfer my music from iTunes to the N900? I seem to read that I can but songs bought from the iTunes library will be protected and I will not be able to play them.Can someone clarify this please. I also have a PalmOne wireless portable keyboard which I believe works with Symbian. Will it work with the N900? Thanks in advance to someone for replying to this.

No, you can't install Windows XP on an N900 because Windows cannot run on ARM processors.

I am buying this phone tomorrow…read so many reviews out there about what is the best phone etc blah blah. I like the fact that this is a tablet + phone (in Nokia's words) and there for a multimedia monster with storage to boot.

Managed to get my hands on one for a try and despite what many say it is so easy and intuitive IMHO. I would like to see a facebook APP and youtube APP come out as accessing the web pages uses more data and APPS might be more data-efficient…regardless I am happy to adopt early (in New Zealand) and watch the Maemo beast grow as time goes by!

Heed the warnings though – the plugin is in the development repository, and so may cause problems. That said, I'm using it with no ill effects! =D

I really like this device but I'm sad that there's no support for yahoo messenger. Any news on when that's going to happen? Do anyone have info on where I can download movies for this device? Funny that some of my videos and songs where able to be transfered from my itunes and worked but not my movies. please help if you find out any news on my questions

Thanks for the review. Can you say anything about the speed of the high res camera, i.e. how long does it take to snap and save a 5MP picture? How long do you have to wait between shots? Is there a lot of shutter lag like on old digicams? Thanks.

It is not a bad idea but my intention is to use calendar and mail offline. I don´t think that google calendar in n900 supports google gears.

Since the browser on the N900 is so fantastic, my suggestion to you would be to access you google mail and calendar through the web browser… Sounds silly, but it works!!
