If you left your name and phone number with the Nokia flagship store in New York for the Nokia N900 waiting list, they have started contacting those on the list to go buy it at the store. It’s being sold for $569 plus NY tax. Unfortunately, I was told on the phone tonight that it’s not available for sale to the public because the waiting list is already full.

I couldn’t call the Chicago store before they closed to find out if they’re doing the same thing. It’s good to know this long-awaited device is now slowly trickling out to the sales channels. It shouldn’t be long until other retailers like Amazon to get their shipment.
