Worst phone ever released,never buying a nokia again, here’s some reasons why, : Phone repaired 4 times in two months and faults still existed, i got sick and tired of not having a phone so decided to put up with them, buzzing noise, laggy as hell, phone freezes up, restarts when it feel’s like it, unable to turn phone back on once it has done this as it freezes on nokia screen, messages do not send, inbox displays numbers not names, internet freezes and cuts out every other time, ovi store is over priced, system module security errors, crashes on litteraly every program randomly(photos, music etc), soon as you try multi-task(run 2 programs at once) its un-usable,only happened twice but when left on charge phone turns off during the night, screen calibrations very poor, often when locking phone it will not unlock requiring battery removal and the above concern with freezing on startup needing the google special 4 finger reset!(loseing everything on phone) Vodaphone and nokia prity useless and phones for you are worst company for customer satisfaction, There are most likely more faults i have missed but these are the ones of the top of my head that still intermitently exist, To sum the nokia n97 mini up, i hate it with a passion and will stamp on it(with great satisfaction) in two months when i have a upgrade:D

This phone is a shocker, suffered with it through almost a year and will never have another Nokia again. Customer service from Nokia and Voda just not good enough and a phone with a total mind of it’s own. Tired of it!

can anybody help me?!
i have inserted a microsd card into my nokia n97 mini, i found it the first time i put it in, but now when i go to find it. ITS NOT THERE.
also. when i go into my photo’s and when i tap on one of the folders the screen goes black and the phone crashes!!!!! i am ticked off. can anybody help me?!

it gets hanged after every 10 mins without any specific reason.and there is no customer satisfaction from nokia care centre as well.
if this would continue furthur i will never buy nokia in the future

I thought the qwerty keyboard was brilliant but some keys are getting intermittent after less than a year. The user interface is inconsistent and somewhat low standard and the software is buggy. Thanks

u r absolutely right…there is a constant buzzing noise…it’s been a month usingthis phone n i had to replace the speakers..one speaker got dead..also ..the keypad ( i donn know how ?) is getting loose..

Not happy with n97 mini. Biggest disappointment is that it does dot support Chinese language. Good looking phone with hopeless User Manual.

I’ve been using my N97 mini for many months now and I’m quite disappointed. Yes, the screen has nice resolution but it’s not bright enough in where thre is a lot of light around. I thought the qwerty keyboard was brilliant but some keys are getting intermittent after less than a year. The user interface is inconsistent and somewhat low standard and the software is buggy. Sometimes it’s inexplicable system error messages, other times it freezes up and even the power button doesn’t work and I have to remove the battery. I have other gripes but to cut a long story short the phone sucks. I’m quite disappointed with Nokia and it’s going to be not just my first but also my last Nokia phone. It’s a great pity because as features go, it ticks all the boxes.
Looks good on paper but in real life, it’s a letdown.

I have only had bad experience with Nokia higher end phones, first it was E 66, where the screen went kaput thrice in one year and rather than change the screen again I decide to go for anothe one (an my bad choice of selecting a Nokia again) and picked up a N 97 mini. Now not even 45 days from purchase and the screen is dead. The amswer from service is moisture damage (they say may be sweat). How come a high end phone costing a fair bit does not even stand normal uman use for 45 days? And if you do not use your phone close to your face what/where else ius one supposed to use it?

I'v had this phone for maybe a month now and iv had to replace it twice. Im now in the process of trying to get a totally different phone thats within the same price range from my provider.
Each time its something new, the first one would flash a purple/white light across the top of the screen, the second one turned off in the middle of me recording something and wouldnt turn on til the next day and the one i have now turns off and on whenever it feels like it.
This phone is the worst nokia i have encountered.

i have one of these… i gotta say, it's not as good as it sounds… weel, it always lags, then it will jam once in a while which you can't startup, then you need to send it to the nearest nokia center to reset your whole phone…..
