Nokia 6700 Classic Gets Covered in Gold

post thumbnail

The Nokia 6700 classic Gold Edition will go on sale in selected markets early next year. It’s got an 18-carat gold finish and I’m glad there are no diamonds or crystals to make it look tacky or even more expensive. Nokia has released photos for your viewing pleasure.

Nokia E72 Now Available in the US

post thumbnail

The update to the successful E71 finally lands in US soil in the form of Nokia E72. With 5mp camera, optical navi key, desktop-like email and chat experiences fitted in a sleek QWERTY handset, I expect the Nokia E72 to sell pretty well. Suggested price is $469, but it’s usually found cheaper on Amazon.

The Nokia N900 has been spotted on several site ads taking up a lot of screenspace. To name a few, there’s Mashable, Boy Genius Report, Boing Boing, and probably many others. Just a few days ago, we saw the Nokia N900 highlighted on the Xbox dashboard. I can’t remember another Nokia device getting this much ad slots.

Nokia Booklet 3G Review

post thumbnail

The Booklet 3G is Nokia’s first netbook, but they’re trying not to label it as such. It’s supposed to be a mini laptop for all-day mobility allowing up to 12 hours on a single charge. It looks great, too. The Nokia Booklet 3G’s chassis is made from a single piece of machined aluminum, similar to Apple’s Macbooks. How do I like it? Read on for the review.

The Ellen Degeneres show gave away a lot of gadgets today to their audience and among them were the Nokia Booklet 3G with two months of data service from AT&T. You might want to lower your speakers volume because there were a lot of women screaming with excitement.

Nokia N900 Featured on Xbox 360

post thumbnail

I turned on my Xbox 360 this afternoon and was surprised to see the Nokia N900 as one of the spotlights on the dashboard. It goes to a page that explains how awesome the Maemo device is with fast processor, big memory, and powerful web browser. They also provide an introduction video similar to what we’ve seen before as well as a theme and avatar photos to customize the Xbox.

Nokia N97 Mini Review

post thumbnail

It’s hard to like the S60v5 again after using a Maemo device like the Nokia N900. I’ve been trying to use the Nokia N97 mini to write a thorough review, but I always ended up putting it down quickly. Want to know what I think in one sentence? The Nokia N97 mini looks damn good and packs a lot of features, but I would recommend other devices before this one.
