I installed v5.0 firmware. Although it keeps all your info and settings I had to do a hard reset 3 times. I lost WiFi setup + The screen flickered a lot and every time I tried the internet the phone shut down and re-started. 3rd Hard reset had everything working. I didn't get Quick Office though? Was hoping I would. Also Nokia have updated the music software but still you can't browse by folder so I'm back to Power MP3. I also seem to have more internal memory, 73.5meg against the 60 meg from v4.0 update.
