CNET just published their conversation with Nokia’s executive vice president of mobile services, Tero Ojanpera, on video. Towards the end, Tero Ojanpera talked about technologies we’ll see in the near future. He feels the link between the virtual and real world will be closer. An example he gave is our phones studying our usage patterns to predict the right time to set the alarm clock, since they know how long we get ready and the surrounding traffic jams. He also mentioned that there will be more interactions off the screen as they improve developments in NFC and augmented reality. Interesting stuff.
What do you think about Dr. Ojanpera’s conversation with CNET?
