Amazon finally updated the Nokia N8 to “in stock” status instead of “available in 1-3 months.” The gray Nokia N8 and silver Nokia N8 are now both available for $549. Amazon’s prices are usually more competitive than Nokia USA’s online shop, so I’m surprised the price isn’t lower. Maybe there’s a lot of demand?

The Nokia N8 introduces a 12 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and Xenon flash. Additionally, the Nokia N8 offers the ability to make HD-quality videos and edit them with a built-in editing suite. Doubling as a portable entertainment center, people can enjoy HD-quality video with Dolby Digital Plus surround sound by plugging into their home theatre system.
