It looks like one of the most popular Youtube channels (currently #9) is heading to the Ovi Store. The Annoying Orange made an appearance at Nokia’s channel with a Christmas and a “flamin’ good new year” message. Towards the end of the video was a “coming soon” sign while the description mentioned, “Keep you eyes peeled for the Annoying Orange on Ovi in January 2011.”

The Annoying Orange is a comedy web series on Youtube with about 1.5 million subscribers. The show features a talking orange called Orange, who heckles other fruits, vegetables, or nearby animated objects, with puns and laughter. There are no clues on what kind of content we’ll see in the Ovi Store this coming January. It could be video episodes, an app, wallpapers, themes, or maybe all of the above.
