Qualcomm just announced the keynote speakers for Uplinq 2011 conference and Stephen Elop, CEO of Nokia, will be there. According to the FAQs, page, Uplinq is a mobile wireless ecosystem conference that will be held in San Diego June 1st and 2nd. Jon Rubinstein, senior vice president and general manager, Palm Global Business Unit, Hewlett-Packard Company, and Peter Chou, CEO of HTC, will also be there.

The press release mentioned that the areas Uplinq 2011 session programming will cover are Android, Windows Phone 7, Brew MP, webOS, tablets, multimedia, Snapdragon, mobile Web technologies and content monetization. Sorry, no mention of Symbian. The conference website can be found at www.uplinq.com.
