Remember when Nokia posted they have the fastest camera on any phone? HTC doesn’t agree. They tweeted last Saturday the HTC Sensation’s camera is the quickest draw. The tweet links to a video of the device capturing a photo in about 2.2 seconds (versus 2.6 on the Nokia N9). The article even claims of getting results faster than 2 seconds.
Here’s the video below:
HTC isn’t done trying to outdo Nokia in the cameraphone imaging department. Last week, Nokia said the N9 has a super large f/2.2 aperture, the largest aperture ever incorporated in to a mobile. A few days ago, HTC launched the HTC myTouch 4G Slide, saying it also has the super wide f/2.2 aperture AND will release the phone in July.
Cameraphone fans know that Nokia Nseries devices produce the best images compared others, but it looks like HTC is concentrating more on their cameras. Ricky Cadden tweeted, “If @htc is focusing on improving their cameras, @nokia is in trouble.” Do you agree?
