We told you earlier today that Microsoft started rolling out the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update. We currently don’t have a phone to test it out, but several blogs just published their reviews. I see a lot of positive reactions. Nokia is probably really happy right now.

Put simply, regardless of your preconceptions, Windows Phone finally deserves an honest look the next time you’re ready to buy a phone — particularly as we start to see new devices come to market over the next few weeks.
The thing I like most about Windows Phone, really, is that it’s the only phone besides the iPhone that feels like it’s got its shit together, from the interface to the core apps to the overall experience.
With Mango, WP7 has caught up with Android and iOS in nearly every way, and in some areas it’s even surpassed the other two in functionality.
As far as we’re concerned, Windows Phone is likable, refreshing, and easy to use.
There were a few instances in the last couple of days when I really dove into using the new Windows Phone Mango voice-to-text features and I was blown away by the capability and performance
Many of these new features are mainly bringing Windows Phone up to speed with the competition, yet there are a number that are quite innovative and sure to make Windows Phone stand out above the crowd. All the analysts are predicting Windows Phone’s imminent success for a reason, and this is probably just the beginning.
