Seesmic for Windows Phone was just updated to support Mango and I’m showing it off on the Nokia Lumia 800. Seesmic lets you manage multiple Twitter accounts, your Facebook account, your Salesforce Chatter account and organize all your accounts, searches, trending topics and lists in your customizable “spaces” dashboard.

You can now create Live Tiles for your Twitter home timeline, replies and direct messages. Seesmic also support Fast App Switching to keep your timeline intact when switching between apps. This only works when you press and hold the back button, though. Pressing the Seesmic icon from the Start screen restarts the app.
