Upcoming Nokia N9 Update Changes the Font
A software update for the Nokia N9 will have some changes to the default font according to the Nokia Developer page. The typeface itself won’t change, but it will take up 20% more space vertically. They’ve provided a before and after image for a visual explanation.

The Nokia N9 Developer page explained the current height is too small and fixing this is important especially for non-european languages using non-latin script.

It doesn’t sound like a major change, but we’ll keep our eyes wide open to see how the upcoming Nokia N9 update affects the look of the UI.
