4th & Mayor is currently the favorite Foursquare application for Windows Phone. I can’t believe I haven’t made a video for this before. Version 3.2 just came out with two new major features: restaurant menu and QR check-in. These features are not yet in the iPhone app so Windows Phone users get an exclusive experience! What’s new for 3.2:
-Restaurant Menus are powered by Foursquare and Single Platform. It’s available in major US cities, with over 13 million menu items at 250,000 restaurants. More are on the way! You’ll find this option right under the mayor information when looking at a place.

-QR check-in lets you scan the Foursquare Check-in QR Codes that some businesses place these near their entrances. You can also the “QR Check-in” experience right to Start.
