The Philippine Department of Tourism (DOT) and Globe Telecom are running a contest that could get you a Nokia Lumia 610 and a trip to the beautiful beaches of Boracay. I just spent a couple of weeks there and absolutely loved it. To join, just make a video inviting people in a fun way to visit the Philippines.

Finally, Skype for Windows Phone is available in the Marketplace. It helps you connect with friends and family instantly with free voice and video calls everywhere you go. The beta was available in February, but we’re happy to report the release of the final version with some new features.
