The Philippine Department of Tourism (DOT) and Globe Telecom are running a contest that could get you a Nokia Lumia 610 and a trip to the beautiful beaches of Boracay. Super Camera lets you create a photo collage on your Windows Phone. You can combine several photos and then share to Facebook, Twitter, Sina Weibo, and Tencent Weibo. This app was shown off to me by a Windows Phone user in the Philippines. I liked it too, so I had to install it on my Nokia Lumia 800. Here’s a demo on video

The Nokia Lumia 610 is now available at Nokia stores in the Philippines. It’s the most affordable Lumia device that Nokia is offering and Philippines is the first country to get it. I visited a store today in Manila to see how they’re selling it.

Finally, Skype for Windows Phone is available in the Marketplace. It helps you connect with friends and family instantly with free voice and video calls everywhere you go. The beta was available in February, but we’re happy to report the release of the final version with some new features.
