The wallpapers were designed by graphic designer and Windows Phone user Levi Freeman. He took the photos himself and shared them on his blog as wallpapers for Windows Phone. It caught the attention of the Windows Phone team. After conversations and emails, the wallpapers are now included in all Windows Phone devices with Tango. Cool, huh?
