A design patent for a device codenamed Nokia Phi was revealed today by the US Patent and Trademark Office. If this device is supposed to have a 4.7-inch display, then the illustration shows us this device will be proportionately thick. Let’s hope this design isn’t final. Take a look.

This design patent contradicts other rumors that say the device is supposed to be wider but thinner than the Nokia Lumia 900.

Other rumored specs for the Nokia Phi include:

• 4.7-inch curved display
• Polycarbonate design
• Dual-core CPU
• External SD card slot,
• NFC support
