Rowi, my favorite Twitter app for Windows Phone was just updated for Windows Phone 8. I show how it works on the Nokia Lumia 920. It’s fast, resumes to where you left off, and you can now tweet with your voice too. Unfortunately, this version does not take advantage of the new lockscreen options for Windows Phone 8. Rowi costs $1.49 at the Windows Phone store, but there’s also a free version without notifications.
