Sources have told The Verge that Nokia plans to release a Lumia device with a similar camera sensor found on the Nokia 808 Pureview. That means lossless zoom. Codenamed Nokia EOS, The Verge also claims it will be built using aluminum rather than the typical polycarbonate found on recent Nokia Lumia devices.
The sensor on the Nokia 808 Pureview is pretty big, so I hope Nokia figured out a way to
decrease its size put it in a thinner device.
We don’t know the size of the display and its pricing or availability, but maybe we’ll learn more at Mobile World Congress in a few weeks.
Are you excited about Pureview on the next Nokia Lumia device?
