Nokia announced three new devices today: the Nokia 207, Nokia 208 and Nokia 208 Dual SIM. Featuring Nokia’s bright colors, these three candybar devices are capable of 3.5G internet speeds and will cost $68 USD without any contract.
The Nokia 207 will be available as a single SIM option without a camera in Europe. The Nokia 208 will be available in single SIM and Easy Swap Dual SIM variants.
All three devices have a 2.4-inch QVGA display, SD card support, bluetooth connectivity, and up to 33 days of standby time. The shells are replaceable so you can change colors depending on your mood. The Nokia 208 adds a camera with smart features like voice-guided self-portrait, sequential shot and panorama mode.
The Nokia 207 and Nokia 208 also offer data compression with the Nokia Xpress Browser. This means browsing with less data downloads. Apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube are also included.
There’s one more thing. You can also use the Nokia 207 and Nokia 208 as a portable modem, simply by connecting the device to their laptop via a USB cable for Internet sharing anywhere, anytime. It’s pretty neat Nokia was able to fit all these features in a $68 phone.
