Nokia X5 (5.1 Plus) unveiling postponed by HMD Global due to venue issue

Last week it was revealed that the Nokia X5, which is expected to be sold under the Nokia 5.1 Plus name globally, would be unveiled in China today. However, just hours before the event, HMD Global has taken to Weibo via the official Nokia account to announce that the launch has been postponed.

The exact reason behind the decision is unknown at this point in time, although the company does make mention of the venue, suggesting that some problems in the planning may have arisen.
