You Can Now Unlock the Nokia Lumia 900 on AT&T

If you have a Nokia Lumia 900 with AT&T and travel frequently, we have good news for you. WPCentral discovered that you can now call AT&T to unlock the device so you can use SIM cards from other carriers. You’ll need your IMEI number before calling.

Notorious leaker @evleaks just ousted the Nokia Atlas for Verizon. It appears to be a Nokia Lumia 820 variant (just like the Nokia Lumia 810 for T-Mobile). The upper left corner also reveals this device supports Verizon’s LTE network.

AT&T just announced the addition of the Nokia Lumia 920 and Nokia Lumia 820 to its fall lineup. Both phones will run on AT&T’s 4G LTE network and are planned to be made available from AT&T in November. Pricing was not mentioned. The good news is that the Nokia Lumia 920 will come in cyan!

Hoping For Better Notifications in Nokia Lumia 920 and Windows Phone 8

Nokia Lumia and other Windows Phone devices get notifications that appear on top, but if you miss them, they’re gone. There’s no way to see a list of all previous notifications. It can be argued that live tiles on the home screen *is* the notification center, but I think there’s room for improvement. I hope Windows Phone 8 brings an improved notification experience on the Nokia Lumia 920 and 820.

Official Nokia Lumia 920, Lumia 820 Pricing and Availability Revealed

The Nokia Lumia 920 will be sold in Italy for 599 Euros ($772 USD) and the Nokia Lumia 820 for 499 Euros ($643 USD). They will be available in mid-November with three operators. This info comes straight from a press release sent by Nokia Italy. Pricing and availability vary in different regions, but this gives us a better idea of how much they’ll cost elsewhere.

I want the Nokia Lumia 920, but there’s one huge problem. We still haven’t heard of pricing or official release dates! Is it next week… next month? What sucks about waiting is that new videos keep popping up showing us how awesome this phone is going to be. Hurry up! I’m convinced. I want it now. Take my money!
