The word, “launch” seemed strange because the Lumia 610, 710, and 800 have already been selling in the Philippines since April and the Lumia 900 won’t be available in the Philippines until next month. Nokia Sells New York Building for $12 Million
Nokia has finalized the sale of their White Plains, New York office building to Histogenetics for $12 million. It was vacated in March when the central site for Nokia’s North American sales and marketing operations was moved to Sunnyvale, California.

Nokia released a short film today in China featuring famous actor Nicholas Tse. Unfortunately, there are no English subtitles. It’s 3 and a half minutes long. In just less than 24 hours, it got viewed more than 100,000 times. Check it out.

Thailand launched the Nokia Lumia phones earlier this month and we can now see what happened that day thanks to Youtube. The launch was held at one of the major malls in Bangkok and unsurprisingly had celebrities come out to endorse the products. Free taxi rides were also available to random people. Take a look.
Nokia Stock Hits Yet Another 52-Week Low
Nokia’s stock price on Tuesday hit its lowest in the past year. Just before publishing this post, NOK was at $2.96. Stocks that are at or near their 52-week low may indicate a stock is under-valued. However, there is no guarantee that the stock will begin to trade higher. It could go even lower.

Now when you tweet your Windows Phone, it will say “via Microsoft.” Previously, it said, “via Windows Live.” I’m personally not a fan of this move. I think “via Windows Phone,” would make more sense. That’s actually what is being used for Facebook updates. What do you think?
