All orders are securely processed through Google Checkout. If you’ve used Checkout before, you can make convenient, secure purchases from us simply by entering your Checkout username and password. If you’re using Checkout for the first time, you only need to fill out one page of information to complete your purchase. And you can shop with confidence knowing that Google will protect you from unauthorized purchases should they ever occur. Your card will also not be charged until the order has shipped!

Return Policy

Returns are accepted if item is dead on arrival or defective. Contact me within 10 days of delivery to get a Return Authorization Number and the return address. Returns must be received within 5 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. Send the product in the original packaging with all the items and accessories included. Ship the product at your expense and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Upon receipt, we will inspect the phone then issue a refund less shipping and handling or send out a replacement if available. Non-defective devices will be returned back to you.

Warranty

For defects and all other issues found after 10 days of delivery, all Nokia USA devices are covered under Nokia’s Warranty.
