New Nokia Store Now Available at Beta Labs, Here’s a First look
Nokia Beta Labs just released the new Nokia Store. It will replace the current Store client on your Symbian^3 or Symbian Anna device. Nokia is asking users to test it before it is deployed in a software update. I installed it on my Nokia N8 and recorded my first 4 minutes of usage.
BETA: Ovi Store Update for Nokia N8
An interesting item showed up in software update for my Nokia N8. It says BETA: Ovi Store update. The description says it is “optional and needed only if Store stopped working after update from PS1 to Belle SW.” It’s weird because my Nokia N8 doesn’t have the Belle update yet. It’s running Anna. Pixelpipe Google Apps Browser Now Available to Beta Testers
You might have heard of Pixelpipe, our favorite tool for uploading photos, videos, and other files to our favorite social sites. Today, they’ve released a completely different app that’s optimized for accessing multiple Google services. It’s currently in beta and they’re asking testers for feedback. Take a look at the quick video after the jump.

Video: Nokia Reader Beta demo on Nokia N8
Nokia Beta Labs introduced Nokia Reader on Monday and I just found some time to try it out. I made a demo video so you can see how the app performs in real life with the Nokia N8, instead of the official Nokia video. Nokia Reader is a simple RSS reader to manage news feeds on your Symbian phone. Check it out.

Nokia Ovi Suite 3.0 Now Available at Beta Labs
Nokia released Ovi Suite 3.0 in beta today for those who want to try it. They’ve included lots of new features, mostly in home view and music view. Music has also been revamped into a management system where you can manage your music collection, create playlists and transfer music to your phone by simply dragging and dropping tracks, albums and playlists to your device. Unfortunately, Mac support is missing.
Pixelpipe 1.03 Update With Auto Uploads Hitting Ovi Store Soon
Pixelpipe is currently testing a new Send & Share feature that allows for automatic uploads of both Photos & Videos after capture on Symbian devices. This feature is currently available on version 1.03 for beta testers, but we were told that it is just about ready to hit the Ovi Store to the public. Common use cases would include having all of your media delivered to your Dropbox account as an archive or your Kodak account for printing. Video from Pixelpipe after the jump.
Firefox for Maemo Beta 5 Released But Slower and Less Accurate than Default Browser
Firefox for Maemo beta 5 became available for download tonight, so get your Nokia N900 and install it now! Oh wait… the device is not available to the public yet. I wouldn’t get mad though. I found beta 5 to be slower than the default browser and less accurate at displaying some sites. For example, The Nokia Blog looks ugly on it.
