At first glance, the Nokia 701 looks very similar to the current Nokia C7. The spec sheets don’t show much difference, but the Nokia 701 essentially gets an increase in CPU, RAM, and updated Symbian Belle OS. Here’s a video comparing the performance of the browser, video player, and multitasking.

I’m currently at a hostel on my last night in Iceland to sit down and report how well Nokia devices have treated my family during our mini vacation. The Nokia N8 was my main device while the Nokia Astound (also known as the Nokia C7) was borrowed by my wife. I got one prepaid data-only SIM card for the Nokia N8 because it was the only unlocked mobile phone we had on this trip.

The Nokia Oro is expected to sell at about 800 Euros. Photos after the jump.
