Confirmed: Nokia Lumia 710 from Rogers Canada is Pentaband
Not only does Rogers Canada get the low price of about $250 outright for Nokia Lumia 710, but they also get a pentaband version. This means the phone will work on any 3G GSM network in the world once it is unlocked. HowardForums user, ali123, purchased one today from Rogers (850/1900MHz), got an unlock code, and started using it with WIND Mobile (1700MHz). Video after the jump.
Nokia Lumia 900 Heading to Rogers Canada in May
Several sources told MobileSyrup that the Nokia Lumia 900 will be heading to Canadian carrier Rogers in May. There hasn’t been a Windows Phone 7 device in Canada since October 2010, but Nokia’s Lumia devices will soon make it there. The Nokia Lumia 710 is also expected to launch with Rogers while TELUS will be releasing the Nokia Lumia 800 soon.
Nokia Lumia 710 Pricing At Rogers Canada Revealed
The Nokia Lumia 710 will be Nokia’s first Windows Phone device in Canada and it just got priced. The Nokia Lumia 710 will be $254.99 CAD ($251.62 USD) without contract at Rogers Wireless. Table with pricing for 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year contracts after the jump.
