Break into the computer science industry for only $39

Computer Science Advancement Bundle

Computer science is a growing section of many industries, so the skilled positions are becoming more numerous and lucrative. Some of them even offer the luxury of working remotely too, so you could explore the world, or just roll out of bed a few minutes before logging on.

To get into the industry, you could spend three years and thousands of dollars at college, or you could shortcut that and spend just $39 for the Computer Science Advancement Bundle. It’s a no-brainer, really.

Every new piece of tech you come across will have had computer scientists involved somewhere along the line, from the latest smartphones to self-driving cars. You don’t need to marvel from the sidelines, you can be a part of it.

This bundle is a huge 134 hours of premium computer science content, covering today’s most important technologies. There’s mainstream coding such as Python, various techniques for handling big data, web development, machine learning, and much more.

Computer Science

This bundle isn’t just about learning to code, though there’s obviously plenty of that included. It’s got practical knowledge about actually landing yourself a top job too. That’s almost $1,200 of content, all for only $39. It’s lifetime access as well, so if you’re a bit busy right now then why not grab it while it’s on offer and dive in when you’re ready.

Holiday Deal: Mint Mobile offers 3 months of service for $20

This year for the holidays, Mint Mobile is offering 3 months of service for only $20. That’s $40 less than the normal price for this plan, which includes unlimited talk, unlimited text, and 5GB of LTE data.

Okay, sure. What’s the fine print?

Actually, there’s not much! Here’s the full breakdown:

  • This deal began on November 22 and is only here for a limited time — the deal ends January 1, 2019.
  • If you decide that Mint isn’t for you at any point during your first week, then you can collect a full refund.
  • Cannot combine this offer with any other offers.

No real strings or ‘gotchas.’ Straightforward, high-quality deals are kind of what we’ve come to expect from Mint.

So what exactly is Mint Mobile?

Mint Mobile is a T-Mobile MVNO (mobile virtual network operator). Basically, that just means it piggybacks off T-Mobile’s network and you can use any unlocked smartphone compatible with T-Mobile. Furthermore, if T-Mobile has solid coverage in your area, then you can expect the same coverage from Mint.

Editor’s Pick

Not sure if your phone is compatible with Mint? Click the Bring Your Own Phone link at the top of the page to find out!

What is particularly nice is that Mint Mobile is the only T-Mobile prepaid subsidiary that sells its plans in multiple-month batches.

If you decide to give Mint Mobile a try, you can click the link below to grab 3 months of service for $20. The deal will only be available until January 1, so don’t delay!

The All-Terrain Sound Bluetooth speaker is half-price at just $29.99

All-Terrain Sound Bluetooth Speaker

Freshtech describes the All-Terrain Sound as “the world’s most experienced speaker.” We don’t know what they mean by that, but for $29.99 we think it looks a bit of a bargain.

The All-Terrain Sound is a rugged, waterproof, Bluetooth speaker designed to support an active lifestyle. If you enjoy a soundtrack while you hurtle down a mountain or hike into the wilderness, then look no further. You can clip it to your pack, bike, or parachute with ease.

“We were impressed by the overall sound quality and volume” – Men’s Journal

No adventure speaker would be complete without durability, and that’s exactly what you get with the All-Terrain Sound. Other than looking the part, this gadget can take a punch. You can whack it off a rock or drop it in a river — the tunes will carry on rolling, and it won’t even sink.

It should be good for a couple of festival days too. A full charge brings 14 hours of continuous play time.

The All-Terrain Sound Bluetooth speaker:

  • Water, weather, and dustproof make it truly all-terrain use
  • Super portable and floats on water for easy use while traveling or hiking
  • Tested ruggedized durability (10 foot drop onto concrete)
  • Built-in microphone allows for speakerphone conversations

This speaker retailed at $59.95, but it’s half-price this weekend. If you head over to Tech Deals right now, you can pick one up for just $29.99. It’ll deliver in time for Christmas too.

Time to soundtrack your life. Hit the button below to find the deal.

Deal: Last day to get 12 months of Hulu for just 99 cents a month! (Deal extended)

Hulu 99 cents

Update #2, November 27 at 9:06 a.m. ET: Hulu has extended the promotion a bit longer. You can now sign up for 12 months of Hulu for $0.99 a month until today, November 27 at 10 a.m. PT/12 p.m. Central. Sign up at the link below!

Original article, November 23 at 11:11 a.m. ET: Hulu is one of the best premium streaming video services there is, and during the Black Friday holiday shopping weekend, the price to sign up for Hulu may never be cheaper. From now through Monday, November 26, you can get 12 months of Hulu for just 99 cents per month.

No, that’s not a typo. You can get a full year of Hulu for less than you would normally pay for the service in two months. Once more, this offer is not just for new subscribers. If you have signed up for Hulu in the past, but have not used it in 12 months or more, you can take advantage of this 99 cents per month deal as well. Keep in mind that this offer is for the Hulu “Limited Commercials” plan and also includes ads in TV episodes and films. After 12 months, people who get this offer will go back to the normal $7.99 a month price plan, although you can cancel the subscription before that date arrives.

Editor’s Pick

Hulu allows you to access thousands of TV shows and movies. While their range of movies is not quite as extensive as you might find on Netflix, Hulu does offer access to tons of classic and current TV shows. Indeed, many shows post their latest episodes on Hulu the day after they are shown on their network. In addition, Hulu is expanding its original TV shows with hits like the Emmy-award winning drama The Handmaid’s Tale, along with recent hits like Marvel’s Runaways, Castle Rock, and The First. More exclusive new shows and movies are coming to Hulu in the next 12 months, including a revival of the cult series Veronica Mars.

You have until 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on Nov. 26 (2:59 a.m. Eastern time on Nov. 27) to get this special Hulu deal. 12 months for less than $12 sounds like an offer most people wouldn’t refuse. Will you be signing up for this promotion.
