Demo: Seesmic Ping Goes Live. Post Anywhere, Anytime
Facebook and Twitter addicts are going to like Seesmic Ping for Windows Phone. It will let you post to multiple Twitter accounts, Facebook profile, multiple Facebook pages, and more in one try. What’s great is that photos and links look like they’ve been posted natively. You can also schedule posts. Here’s a video of how it looks on my Nokia Lumia 800.
4th & Mayor Update 3.2, Best Foursquare App for Windows Phone
4th & Mayor is currently the favorite Foursquare application for Windows Phone. I can’t believe I haven’t made a video for this before. Version 3.2 just came out with two new major features: restaurant menu and QR check-in. These features are not yet in the iPhone app so Windows Phone users get an exclusive experience! Watch the demo here on the Nokia Lumia 800.
Panorama photos with Pano for Windows Phone
Do you love to take panorama photos? Check out Pano on your Nokia Lumia phone. It’s an award-winning app that was ported from iOS that lets you take seamless panoramic photos straight from your phone. You can take up to sixteen photos, but I like to limit it to 3 or 4. Here’s my video to showing you how it works.
Video: Windows Phone as Facebook Phone
If you’re a big Facebook user, you’ll notice the nice integration within Windows Phone. It’s not even necessary to install any other app. After entering your account login at the settings menu, you’ll be able to update status, check-in, post to friends’ walls, check friends’ updates, share photos, view albums, and start a chat. I shot a video to show you how it works on the Nokia Lumia 800.
Microsoft OneNote and Youtube Video Ideas. Nokia Lumia 800 Demo
I’ve been hunting down great apps at the Windows Phone Marketplace, but recently discovered one that’s already pre-installed. I’m talking about OneNote, which is part of Microsoft Office for Windows Phone. I’ve been using it to write down video ideas for our Youtube channel. Since it is stored in the cloud, I can see or edit the same note on the Nokia Lumia 800, my Macbook, or even the iPhone.
Demo: Nokia Collection Goes Live at Windows Phone Marketplace
The Nokia Collection section just magically appeared on the Windows Phone marketplace for the Nokia Lumia 800. I think this will appear on other Nokia Windows Phones such as the upcoming T-Mobile Nokia Lumia 710.
Demo: Streaming Pandora Music with Radio Controlled for Windows Phone
I’m so happy that I can now stream Pandora music on my Nokia Lumia 800. It’s not an official Pandora app, but Radio Controlled lets you login and use the music streaming service. Check out the video I made to see how the free app works on the Nokia Lumia 800.
Nokia Lumia 800 Demo: easyHeartRate Measures Heart Rate with the Camera
easyHeartRate is a cool Windows Phone app I’ve been showing off to friends. It measures your heart rate using your phone’s camera. How is that even possible? You just need to press a button and cover the camera lens with your fingertip. Watch my demo with the Nokia Lumia 800 to see how it works.
Nokia Lumia 800 Demo of Skyscanner. Flight Deals Search for Windows Phone
Here’s another awesome application for the Nokia Lumia 800 and other Windows Phone devices. Skyscanner allows users to search millions of routes on over 1000 airlines to find the cheapest flights. The app also lets users track prices of selected flights with the Live Tile. You pin flights to the start screen and the prices automatically update every hour. Video demo after the jump.
Demo: Polyglot, Translation App for Windows Phone
I keep finding great apps on the Nokia Lumia 800. Polyglot is another one I would highly recommend. It’s a Windows Phone app that puts the power of multilingual translation in the palm of your hand. I made a video to show you how it works. Check it out.
