Nokia Receives $1.35 Billion Grant to Develop Graphene

The European Union for the Future and Emerging Technologies (FET) triggered an investment of 1 billion euros towards the Graphene Flagship Consortium. The group consists of 74 partners from the EU, including Nokia. Graphene is interesting because it is transparent, conductive, and stretchable. It’s also the strongest material ever tested
