Here Maps for Windows Phone was recently updated to include a new feature called LiveSight. It uses sight navigation to show places of interest near you. Sheila shows how it works on the Nokia Lumia 928. Watch the video after the jump.

Nokia’s HERE apps received updates today. Check the Windows Phone store for HERE Maps, Drive, Transit, and City Lens. We don’t see any major changes, but let us know if you notice anything new.

Here Maps by Nokia was just released for iOS. In this video, we show you how it looks on the iPhone 5. Right away, I noticed the maps were blurry. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me, but a quick switch to Apple Maps shows a noticeable difference. Video after the jump.

Nokia just introduced here. No, really, here is the name. It is the new brand for its location and mapping service. It feels like ‘Ovi Maps’ all over again. Remember Ovi? I don’t understand why the rebranding was necessary, but some good news came along with it. Nokia is launching a maps application for iOS under here.
