It’s cool to see how Nokia Philippines is using social networking to promote Nokia Lumia phones in the country. The latest campaign planned for this weekend will bring customers to Nokia stores for chances to win prizes. In return, customers will help spread the word on Facebook and Twitter. It’s win-win for everyone.

Thailand launched the Nokia Lumia phones earlier this month and we can now see what happened that day thanks to Youtube. The launch was held at one of the major malls in Bangkok and unsurprisingly had celebrities come out to endorse the products. Free taxi rides were also available to random people. Take a look.

To help some bloggers and members of the media in the Philippines see some of the features of the newly launched Nokia Lumia devices, Nokia hosted an event called, “Tickets to Amazing.” Guests were treated to an adventure of their choice: Aqua, Appetizing, or Aero. Guests can share their photos or talk about their adventure using Nokia Lumia phones.

Just noticed some of my favorite blogs are citing a report that the Nokia Lumia devices are being delayed in the Philippines. I’m currently in the country and reached out to Nokia for clarification. They responded. Take a look.

Last night, I attended the Nokia Lumia 800 launch party in Manila. The device is exclusive to the carrier, Globe Telecom. Thirty Nokia Lumia 610′s and five Nokia Lumia 800′s were raffled off. I made a quick recap video. Check it out!
