It’s cool to see how Nokia Philippines is using social networking to promote Nokia Lumia phones in the country. The latest campaign planned for this weekend will bring customers to Nokia stores for chances to win prizes. In return, customers will help spread the word on Facebook and Twitter. It’s win-win for everyone.
After seeing leaked photos and rumored specs for the Nokia Lumia 900, I’m sure many of you are excited to know more about this device. According to betanews, the marketing campaign for the Lumia 900, which is also known as the Nokia Ace, will run about $100 million. Their source also claims that Microsoft has reached an agreement with the AT&T to give it “hero” status.

I received an email from Nokia Connects with an interesting attachment. It says Happy Holidays and there’s an image of a Nokia phone with the letter N displayed on the screen. Both the Nokia Lumia 800 and the Nokia Lumia 710 will be available in stores December 16th in India. The marketing around it is crazy! Nokia is paying for tolls, picking up consumers in luxury cars, helicopter flights, dinners, parasailing, and more. I wish I was there to witness it all. Have fun, India!
