Nokia N97 Review of a Prototype
Last Friday during the New York Nokia Users Meetup, I played with a Nokia N97 prototype. I’m now giving you my initial thoughts about the device. It’s nowhere near production because it kept crashing. Since the hardware is pretty much what we’ll see when it comes out, this preview will be based on that.

I’ve been enjoying using the Nokia E71 with Posterous for the past couple of days. The E71′s camera isn’t great, but you can use it to quickly share images on the blog posts. There are two phones that I use regularly but leave the house with only one that I think will serve me most for the day. They are the Nokia N85 and the Nokia E71. Now that Youtube is “HD”, video bloggers will get curious with compact High-Def camcorders. Nokia needs to take advantage of this by bringing out an HD video phone.

The Nokia N97 Widget Competition is now live! You have until February 27th, 2009 to design a widget you want to appear on the Nokia N97. The winning widget designer will receive a Nokia N97 ahead of the public release, pre-installed with their homescreen widget. Of course, I already submitted mine!
Review: Nokia N97 Review By Mobile Review Comes 5 Months Early
We’re not expecting the Nokia N97 until May, but Eldar from Mobile Review already comes out with the Nokia N97 review! It should be called a preview since the device is an early prototype, but who cares? I know I’m not the only one excited about this Qwerty-toting touch device from Nokia.
