Rowi 3.4 Update, Twitter App for Windows Phone (Video)
Twitter application for Windows Phone, Rowi, was just updated to version 3.4. There are 2 new features that I’d like to mention. You can now receive tweets instantly inside of Rowi. No need to click a refresh button or pull-down to refresh. You can now also receive push notifications instantly. No more delays in getting notified of mentions, retweets, follows, or favorites.

Rowi, my favorite Twitter app for Windows Phone was just updated for Windows Phone 8. I show how it works on the Nokia Lumia 920. It’s fast, resumes to where you left off, and you can now tweet with your voice too. Unfortunately, this version does not take advantage of the new lockscreen options for Windows Phone 8. Demo: Rowi for Windows Phone, A Twitter App
The Twitter integration in Windows Phone is great, but those who want more control should check out the Rowi application. I was told it’s the best Twitter app for Windows Phone. I don’t have a Nokia Windows Phone device for the demo, but I do have a Samsung Focus which will show how the app looks on the platform.
