Nokia Lumia 910 to Have an Unusual Software Feature?
A high-end Nokia phone that will be announced at Mobile World Congress is going to have “an unusual software feature normally found only on high-end smartphones,” says Forbes. We’ll assume that it’s a Windows Phone device that’s going to be called the Nokia Lumia 910, but what is this “unusual feature” that they’re talking about?
Is this the Nokia 801?
Here’s an alleged photo of the Nokia 801, a Nokia Belle phone, according to SmartPhoneGeeks and mobile insider Eldar Murtazin. I am very skeptic about this rumor, but I think it’s worth sharing and discussing. It looks a lot like the Nokia Lumia 900 and 800 with the unibody polycarbonate material. Specs after the jump.
AT&T To Sell the Nokia Lumia 900 for $99, March 18th
AT&T and Nokia are planning to launch the Nokia Lumia 900 on March 18th with an insane price tag. According to BGR, this flagship smartphone will only be $99.99 on a two-year contract. The phone hasn’t yet received technical acceptance, so the date and price could still change.
NYT: Nokia Lumia 900 Going Official January 9th, Sleek & Metallic
I thought the Nokia Lumia 900 was going to use the same polycarbonate material as the Nokia Lumia 800, but the New York Times reports it will be metallic. The info comes from two anonymous sources familiar with the plans.
Nokia Lumia 900 To Get $200M Marketing Campaign in the US
After seeing leaked photos and rumored specs for the Nokia Lumia 900, I’m sure many of you are excited to know more about this device. According to betanews, the marketing campaign for the Lumia 900, which is also known as the Nokia Ace, will run about $100 million. Their source also claims that Microsoft has reached an agreement with the AT&T to give it “hero” status.

The Nokia Lumia 900 will be sold globally as Nokia’s flagship Windows Phone according to Pocketnow. The codename for the device is Eloko, but I see several sites refer to this device as the Ace. Nokia ACE Heading to AT&T With LTE March 18th
Paul Thurrott, the guy behind winsupersite, just shared Microsoft’s LTE plans for Windows Phone. Paul says all will be officially announced at CES. He reports that the Nokia ACE will ship on AT&T on March 18th, 2012. Could that be the device we’ve all been calling the Lumia 900?
Nokia Lumia 900 Heading to Swisscom February 2012
Swisscom, a major telecommunications provider in Switzerland, revealed on Twitter they’ll have the Nokia Lumia 900 end of February. The tweet was a response to a customer asking about the Nokia Lumia 800, Lumia 900, and the HTC Titan.
Nokia Lumia 800 4G LTE Being Tested by AT&T and Verizon
Nokia is currently testing 4G LTE versions of its Lumia 800 smartphone for AT&T and Verizon according to a report from CNET. Windows Phone doesn’t yet officially support LTE and carriers test many devices that don’t make it to retail, so don’t expect it anytime soon. I’m a fan of the download and upload speeds on 4G LTE, but concerned about battery life.
Leaked Accessories Promo Confirms Nokia Lumia 710 for T-Mobile
If the FCC documents for the T-mobile Nokia Lumia 710 weren’t enough, an ad for its accessories was just leaked. The promotion states 20% off 2 accessories or 30% off 3 accessories. The words Nokia Lumia 710 are printed in bold. We are expecting an announcement of this Windows Phone device on December 14th.
