BTSwitch for FP2 Phones Turns On/Off Bluetooth With One Click
Bluetooth can be turned on/off by pressing the * key on some Eseries devices like the Nokia E66 and Nokia E71. Thanks to BTSwitch for FP2, turning on/off Bluetooth is now possible with one press of a button on FP2 devices too. This is good for those who wants to save some battery time or insecure with keeping BT on.
Goosync Gets Upgrade – Free Users Left Without Access
I was getting frustrated over the weekend because I couldn’t sync my phone calendar with Google Calendar and iCal. I didn’t know how important my calendar was until it stopped working. I’ve been doing this synchronization thanks to a free Goosync account reminding me with due dates or appointments. Lately I’ve been getting login failure. If you are also a free Goosync user, don’t worry it will be back up soon.

I know a couple of people who carry an extra battery in their wallet for their Nokia phones. They are really heavy users who tend to kill their phones earlier than the advertised battery life. New York Nokia/S60 Meetup December 16th at the Flagship Store

New York City S60 Users Meetup at the Nokia Flagship Nov 11th
Back in September, Nokia hosted a Evening with S60 at their NYC Flagship store. Many people from the S60 community turned off their computers and headed out to East 57th street. Good food, cool phones, and fun people. Afterward I thought, “We don’t need Nokia to tell us to hang out!” I put the call out on Howard Forums for a fan-run meet-up.
