The star of the show at Nokia World for me was the Nokia Lumia 1520. I made sure to spend a lot of time with it at the event. Equipped with a camera, I went around the showcase areas to record as much as I can about this new Lumia. Watch the videos after the jump.

Nokia Refocus lets you readjust focus after taking the photos. It will be available on the Lumia 1520 and all other Pureview Lumia devices in mid-November. You can also choose to make everything in focus.

6tag, a popular Instagram app for Windows Phone was just updated to version 1.3. You can now select two different app designs: polaroid or modern. Polariod is the original design, while modern feels more “metro.”

Nokia Lumia 1520 was leaked again. @EVLeaks just uploaded a photo of the device on Twitter. It looks like a bigger Lumia 925 but with a unibody polycarbonate material. Watch the video after the jump.

Extras+Info for Windows Phone was just updated to give direct access to Glance and Touch under settings. This previously required a few more clicks and swipes to find. Glance also now adds a toggle for clock and notifications, but I haven’t seen any notifications in the glance screen yet. Let me know if you do.

So you’ve probably heard that Microsoft is buying Nokia’s devices and services. The words Asha and Lumia are going to Microsoft. The brand “Nokia” is still owned by Nokia, but they’re not allowed to use that name on any mobile devices until the end of 2015.
