Nokia 5800 Tube Leaked Photos

Miyaliu from Digi QQ exposes plenty of pictures of the Nokia 5800 Tube, the upcoming touchscreen S60 Nokia phone which we all have seen briefly on the Dark Knight movie. 3.2 inches screen size with 640×360 resolution sounds good to me. Check out the photos and read the specifications.

Nokia 5800 is a superbly easy phone to use with great user interface. The Nokia 5800 has a screen dial-pad which is large enough to use with fingers.

The 5800 has a large touch-screen interface which ideal for web browsing and one-touch web-surfing. The Nokia 5800 is designed to handle fast download speed and can easily beats the iPhone when it comes to speed and interface mobility. 5800 also comes with WiFi compatible, so you can get super fast data transfer speeds in the vicinity of a WLAN network or a WiFi Hotspot anywhere in the globe where you can find Wi-Fi hotspots.

The Nokia 5800 now available in the UK on payasyougo mobile phones purchase plan or some network providers are offering it for free on pay monthly contract

  • Hi,

In my opinion, Iphone has major dissapointments. No flash, horrible camera, and no bluetooth transferring. Nokia 5800 the best.
  • I am so happy I got this phone. I was going to wait until the N97 came out, but went for this instead. it truelly is a beauty.
  • Ive also wrote a review on the nokia 5800, but only comparing the spec as I didn't manage to get hold of the handset until now! Will be having a good play with this phone over the next few weeks, really hope the touchscreen doesn't let it down.
  • Was really tempted to get the nokia 5800 but think i will hold out for the nokia n97, although nokia seem to be dragging there heels with the release.

  • You can read a great article which compares Nokia 5800 to iphone 3g over here
  • This phone will cost $400 (unlocked)

    Iphone for the masses!
  • I think the Nokia 5800 is at least as good as the iphone. Sure there are some differences the nokia has a better camera and the iphone has the multi touch feature.

Although with the lower price I think it's worth buying.

I also wrote about the new nokia 5800 in my blog: http://hightechz.com/?p=43
  • price around $600

THe 5800 as been the main reason i think the Nokia N96 as been taking so long to get it released as Nokia was trailing the other producers with it Touch Screen mobiles so they concentrated on the Tube or 5800 to get ready for the Batman film to help get it advertised,i am not into touch screen mobiles but if the 5800 is a good mobile i might buy this one, hope now the N96 can be sorted out an be made available by Nokia as they are trailing the others who have 8 mega-pixel camera mobiles an Nokias got nothing announced yet challenge these mobiles so Nokias losing Ground nowdays which seems odd to me

I think it's a knock off from the Chinese people because in the movie it's the XpressMedia not Music

I saw Dark Knight last night, and my jaw literally dropped when I saw the 5800.

There were a few seconds where what I assume is going to be the finished UI was shown, but I couldn't get much out of it. The exterior looked the same as the leaked pics but it was a stunning device.

There were two other Nokia devices in the movie, one of them I couldn't identify but the other was what appeared to be an 8800 Luna.
  • The Keyboard SUCKS! Nokia should change that shit before it comes out...

Is an SDK for a truly open S60 platform available for the Hoi Polloi?
