Oh I have bought Nokia N97 before two months. This mobile phone is amazing! I haven't got any problems using this Nokia during these two months. All programs which I need work properly. I am very pleased with Nokia N97 and I really recommend this phone for all people. Thanks for the interesting post!

i've got my fingers crossed - i have a $100 unlisted pending draw on my account, hoping that becomes the full price by morning with the N97s hitting Chicago and NY tomorrow... we'll see.

I know everybody is going crazy waitng for their n97 to show up I am too just saw some thing interesting though my banks fraud department just called to let me know the their was a large transaction trying to go through from nokia of course nokia is in denial saying that they were putting the funds back on holdbecause it been so long I told the agent that it was B S I also bet the agent that they could not name 75 countries that were going to release the n97 without naming the US of course he said that he could I really think the phone is now on the way it has to be a bunch of BS they are promising the phone before the other retailers yet they are saying first week in july and amazon is saying june 25th as far as not being able to cancel a preorder that is correct I have expereinced the same thing and I took it all the way to management as well I am a new nokia user as a matter of fact this will be my first nokia phone if they pull a stunt just as I have heard them do with the 5800 Iwill never even know what it is to even own a nokia phone cause I will be turning down the package as soon as it comes

I just got off the phone with Nokia and told them I had pre-ordered and was part of the "Nokia Members Club" and wanted to know why the phone hasn't shipped if it said June 2nd when I first pre-orded. The rep told me the are in fact not going out until the first week of July. I am so livid right now that I'm canceling my order. 7 months for a phone? Forget it. Nokia has just lost another fan. Or I could just try and cool off and try to think this out rationally...

Hi Puffer, FYI - i tried to cancel my order over the phone. After escalating to a 'manager' evidently, Nokia's policy is not to honor order cancellations for pre-ordered equipment...the only recourse is to not accept the package when it actually ships, then they will refund your money. I did not cancelled my order. I am hopeful Nokia will do the right thing and ship soon, hoping that I will get my phone before the people who ordered from Amazon!!!

I ordered from amazon and i got an email saying estimate delivery between june 17 to june 29.

It's now June 3rd. I preordered from Nokia.com and I thought those phones were shipping out the 2nd. I'm going neurotic like a previous poster, checking my bank account and email for confirmation. C'mon Nokia, ship this phone alreaady!

I thought that just happened to me.

I received *another* confirmation email from Nokia this morning. No real status change on the order, but that's odd. maybe they're getting ready to ship next week?

check amazon.com they have it but they say they will stock it until june 25!!
the waiting will be looong, I hope Nokia releases it before that!
